Veterans' Day

This year we had to find a way to honor our veterans virtually.  Students and teachers read books, made cards, and watched videos about the sacrifices these heroes made for our country.  We were fortunate enough to have one veteran, Mr. Trummel be able to visit our 6th grade virtually to talk about his experience.

K-2 Students Return to In-Person Instruction

Over 90 Kindergarten, first, and second-grade students returned to in-person learning this week.  I was so proud of them for their hard work and ability to stay safe. All students wore masks and tried their best to remain socially distant.  We are learning all of the safety rules, especially, "What does 6 feet look like?"  Thanks to all of the parents who have been practicing at home. We can "see" their smiles under their masks and in their eyes.
