Walk a Thon

What a BLAST we had this week at the PTA sponsored Glenbrook Annual Walk a Thon!  Yes, it was a really rainy day, but that did not keep hold any of us back. Our walk a thon was moved to the gym and turned into a combination walk/dance a thon!  Money is still coming in every day, so we don't have a final fundraising total. Our goal was to raise $5000 to support PTA projects for the year. (Assemblies, technology, student programs such as Reading A-Z and ST Math as well as several other smaller events/items.) So far, we have raised $3501.54, with the top selling class raising $340.00.  Congratulations to Mrs. Chandler-Roth's class, they have won a class pizza party! Thank you all for your support, donations and dedication to Glenbrook and our students!
