Six Grade End of the Year Celebration

It's so hard to believe that our sixth graders are almost done and ready to move on to middle school. Kudos to them for managing so well in this crazy year!  I'm so proud of all of them. They are a great bunch of young people and I can't wait to see where they take their talents!  Good luck sixth graders, we will miss you!

 May Is a Fun Month!

Sometimes I am flabbergasted by the talent of our young students.  Bryana Sanchez is an amazing, talented artist.  She was kind enough to show her class how to draw an Anime character. They did an awesome job too!

It's fun to be outside during these warmer months. It's also fun to show off your Mismatched Day garb.  These students enjoyed themselves from head to toe!

Streamwood High School's AVID program planned a community service project focusing on social-emotional learning and reducing stress. Our 4th graders enjoyed some games and reflection with these students. It's always nice to have our kids work with outstanding high school role models. 3 of them went to Glenbrook, so we found time to reminisce too!
