Annual Spelling Bee

Glenbrook's Annual Spelling Bee was held on Monday, January 27.  The spelling champion from each classroom, grades 4 - 6, competed for the all-school grand championship in the final round. I was quite surprised by the awesome job that all of the students did in the competition. They were quite impressive!  Thank you to those who came out to support them.  A special thanks to Mr. Whitmer who organized the event and to Ms. Lucas who helped read the difficult vocabulary.  Congratulations to Tejas Katira who is our Grand Champion and who will compete at the Regional Competition on February 22.

100th Day of School

Counting to 100 can be lots of fun, especially when it involves building, snacks and pizza. The kindergarten and first graders enjoyed their 100-day celebration this week. There are so many things to count!
